PROCESSING TIME

All orders are packed and shipped by hand by our small team, so please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During high-volume drops, processing may take a little longer -- we appreciate your patience!

 

SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

We ship via USPS from our fulfillment location in the United States. At checkout you can choose between:

USPS Ground Advantage (economy, slower)

USPS Priority Mail / Priority Mail Express (faster, higher cost)

 

International orders ship via USPS International or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the option selected at checkout.

 

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

 

DELAYS

We are a small, independent operation, and while we do our best to get orders out quickly, delays can happen -- especially around drops, holidays, and with international customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs once a package has shipped.
